NPIP is distributed through independent insurance agents and brokers throughout Washington and is open to any licensed producer. Agent appointments are not required, making it easy for brokers to access the program and serve eligible nonprofit clients. NPIP specializes in 26 different nonprofit sectors and is able to explore opportunities in many others.

Getting a quote from NPIP is simple. Just reach out to your insurance broker and ask them to submit a quote request. From there, we’ll work with them to review your organization and provide coverage options.

Please provide the following for a complete submission:

• NPIP General Application (We can accept other carrier applications to do qualifying review)
• Any applicable supplemental applications
  • See page 5 of the general application which will indicate needed supplements
• Loss runs
• Financials
• SOVs or Acords
• Effective date
