The Board of Directors is made up of member representatives from within NPIP. There are seven seated Board positions, each from different regions within the state of Washington. Karl is the designee of the Disability Action Center-Northwest (DAC), a bi-state independent living center (ILC) with administrative offices in Moscow, Idaho.

Mike is the Specific Projects Specialist at Kent Youth and Family Services after 21 years as Executive Director of Kent Youth and Family Services and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Children’s Mental Health Specialist.

Amber has been the Director of Mission Support for Spokane Neighborhood Action Partners (SNAP) since 2006. Amber has been a Board member of the Non Profit Insurance Program (NPIP) since 2013 and is currently the At Large Position 1 representative.

Rebekkah is currently the Insurance and Risk Manager for Paratransit Services. Since October 2008, she has been an important member of the corporate team at Paratransit Services.

Jenny is the Executive Director of the Chehalis Foundation a non-profit dedicated to support projects that benefit the city, the community, and academic excellence in Chehalis schools.
