Personal Service

NPIP provides full claims management and handling services to its members through Clear Risk Solutions' in-house claims service. NPIP's claims process is centered on delivering personal customer service with a goal of providing a quick and economical settlement of a claim. We provide support throughout the entire claims process, from the initial notification all the way through the final settlement and payment of a claim. In addition, NPIP is able to further reduce the cost of managing claims by having an in-house legal department available to assist with the handling of complex claims.
