How It Works


NPIP is a unique property and casualty insurance program that has been created by nonprofits to specifically meet the insurance needs of nonprofits. NPIP is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of leaders within various nonprofit organizations that are members of the program. The Board is elected by the program's membership to direct the program. The Board partners with Clear Risk Solutions to administer and carry out the underwriting, risk management, claims and other day-to-day administrative duties. Clear Risk Solutions works closely with the member's independent agent to ensure all the member's insurance needs are being met.
